Åshild Vere Jacobsen
Åshild Vere Jacobsen, age 53, owner of Kulturbokhandelen in Farsund, a small town in the south of Norway. I started my bookshop in 2001 as an ordinary bookshop. During the years we have increased our focus on literary happenings; after fifteen years we took on a big investment in order to make the bookshop more practically fitted for events: We are still an ordinary bookshop during daytime, but can easily transform into a "cultural scene" focusing on literature in the evening.
